By accessing or using Chrona Retreats' website, services, or participating in our retreats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Chrona Retreats provides AI transformation retreats and related services, including:

• On-site immersive retreats at luxury locations
• Digital retreat experiences delivered remotely
• Home visit concierge services
• AI strategy consulting and custom tool development
• Content libraries, workshops, and educational materials
• Ongoing support and community access

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

Retreat bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion. All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed-upon price.

3.3 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by retreat type:

• On-Site Retreats: Typically require a deposit to secure booking, with balance due 30 days before retreat start
• Digital Retreats: Full payment or payment plan as agreed
• Home Visits: Custom payment terms as specified in your agreement

3.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by retreat type and are detailed in your booking agreement. Generally:

• Cancellations 60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations 30-59 days before retreat: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before retreat: No refund, but may be transferable
• Digital retreats: Subject to specific terms in your agreement

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule retreats due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or alternative dates.

4. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking and intake
• Arrive on time and participate fully in scheduled activities
• Respect other participants, staff, and venue rules
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information
• Use AI tools and systems responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Notify us of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI tools, is the property of Chrona Retreats or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5.3 Custom AI Tools

Custom AI tools and systems developed for you during a retreat are provided for your personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer these tools without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied
• We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our retreats
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chrona Retreats, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
3. Arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
